I am a bit of a spiritual freedom fighter. I get a extra surge of energy when I intuit a transformational moment. I’m at my best then.

I have a way of seeing a way through, around or under situations or entanglements. It’s very clear to me. I see possibilities  and soul-utions that are with out a doubt freeing.

My first timepiece was a Mary Marvel watch. A friend of mine said recently “you spun my head around” and thanked me. I’m happy to do that, it’s no big thing.

See with all our efforts to be happy and to live at ease we are bombarded with nonsense. Sure you can have a lot going for you but you work hard at it because those villainous thoughts and habitual reactions can entangle your best intentions. I’m here to tell you it isn’t hard work, it’s exhilarating and fun! And it can be your next best habit!
